Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for agents with 1+ years of experience who have already closed some deals, but we’re also always happy to train the right person from square one. If you value collaboration, are passionate about providing exceptional customer service, and have a strong work ethic, you’ll fit right in. Excellent communication skills, being a team-player, and having a coachable attitude are essential.
